Documents required
- Proof of business ownership, such as the certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), partnership deed, or proprietorship certificate.
- Address and ID proof of the applicant
- Aadhar card and PAN of the applicant. In the case of partnership firms, all partners must submit their PAN.
- Proof of ownership or lease agreement of the premises
- NOC from the respective authority
- List of all the machinery and equipment used by the business
- Clearance certificate from the Pollution Control Board and Fire Department, if applicable.
