Website Design
A website that explains what you do, loads fast, works on a phone and makes it easy to send you a serious enquiry. Designed for your business rather than dropped onto a template — and handed over to you, domain, credentials and files included.
What it is
A website that explains what you do, works properly on a phone, and can be found by the people looking for you. Built and handed over, not rented back to you.
We build sites for professional practices, manufacturers, traders and institutions — the kind of business where the website has one job, which is to make a serious enquiry easy to send. That means clear structure, honest copy, fast pages and a contact route that works, rather than animation for its own sake.
You own what we build. The domain stays in your name, you get the hosting credentials and the source files, and there is no arrangement under which the site stops working if you stop paying us. If you later want to move it elsewhere, everything you need to do that is already yours.
What is included
Every build covers the same foundations. The scope above that depends on what you actually need.
Design and build
A layout designed for your business rather than a stock template, built to work from a 360-pixel phone up to a desktop monitor.
Content structure
We organise what you already have and write the connective copy. Where you have nothing, we draft from an interview with you and you approve it.
Contact and enquiry forms
Forms that reach your inbox reliably, with the spam handling that keeps them usable, plus click-to-call and WhatsApp where that suits your customers.
Search basics
Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, a sitemap, structured data and Google Search Console set up, so the site can be indexed properly from day one.
Speed and security
Image compression, sensible caching, HTTPS and hardened logins. A slow site loses enquiries before anyone reads a word of it.
Analytics
Google Analytics configured so you can see what people look at and where they leave, rather than guessing.
Types and categories
Most of what we build falls into one of four shapes.
Professional practice site
For firms of accountants, lawyers, consultants and doctors. Services, credentials, people and a straightforward way to make contact.
Business and manufacturing site
Products, capabilities, certifications and a catalogue or downloadable brochure, aimed at buyers doing due diligence before they call.
Institution site
Schools, societies and associations, where notices, documents and member information need to be easy to keep current.
Landing pages and microsites
A single focused page for a campaign or a product, built to convert rather than to explain everything.
What we need from you
The projects that finish on time are the ones where this arrives early. It is the single biggest variable.
- Your logo in a vector format if you have one, and any brand colours or fonts you use
- Photographs of your premises, products, and team where you want them shown
- A list of the services or products you want covered, and what to say about each
- Certificates, registrations and accreditations you want displayed
- The contact details, addresses and office hours that should appear
- Access to the domain registrar, or authority for us to register the domain for you
- One person on your side who can review drafts and give a decision
How it works
Five stages, with something to look at from the second one onward. You are never waiting in the dark.
We talk about the objective
What the site is for, who it is aimed at, and what a good enquiry looks like. Fifteen minutes here saves a fortnight later.
Structure and sitemap
We map the pages and how they connect, and agree it with you before any design work starts.
Design of the key pages
You see the home page and one interior page as a real design. Changes at this stage are cheap; changes after the build is complete are not.
Build and content
The site is built out, your content goes in, and forms, analytics and search basics are configured.
Review and go live
You review it on a staging link, we work through your list, and then we point the domain and go live. We watch it for the first few days.
Handover
Credentials, source files and a short walkthrough of how to update the parts you will want to change yourself.
Timelines
A straightforward brochure site of six to ten pages usually takes three to four weeks from the point at which your content is with us. A larger site with a catalogue or many service pages takes six to eight weeks.
In practice the schedule is set by content and by review turnaround, not by the build. Projects that run late almost always run late because photographs, product details or approvals are still being chased — which is why we ask for all of it at the start.
After it goes live
A website is not finished when it launches. What follows is optional, and we will tell you if you do not need it.
Hosting and domain renewal
We can manage renewals and hosting, or hand you everything and leave you to it. Both are fine and the site is yours either way.
Updates and edits
New pages, price changes, fresh photographs and notices, either on a retainer or charged as they come.
Backups and updates
Regular backups and keeping the platform and plugins patched, which is what prevents most of the trouble websites get into.
Search and content work
Ongoing work on rankings and new pages, where that is worth doing for your business. For some businesses it plainly is not, and we will say so.
Frequently asked questions
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you get the hosting credentials and the source files at handover. Nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Sites are built on a content management system, and at handover we walk you through editing text, swapping images and adding pages. Anything structural, we are here for.
Will it work on a phone?
It is designed for a phone first. Most Indian business traffic is mobile, and we check every build at 360, 768, 1024 and 1280 pixels wide before it goes live.
Do you write the content?
We can. Bring what you have and we will structure and edit it; where there is nothing, we interview you and draft it for your approval. What we will not do is publish placeholder text.
Can you also handle hosting and email?
Yes. We can set up hosting, business email on your own domain, and SSL, and manage the renewals. Or we can hand it all over if you would rather run it in-house.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of pages and how much content work is involved, so we quote on scope rather than quoting a range that means nothing. Tell us what you need and you get a fixed figure before anything starts.
What it costs
Our fee plus the government and third-party fees that apply to your case, quoted before you commit. Tell us the situation and we will price it exactly.
Ready to begin?
Tell us the situation and we will confirm what applies, what it costs and how long it takes.
