Accounting Services in Faridabad
Accounting services in Faridabad for traders, factories, service firms and companies: monthly books, GST and TDS returns, payroll entries and year-end accounts, kept by one team at BK Chowk. If you want us to keep your books remotely in Tally or Zoho, our online bookkeeping service explains how that works anywhere in India.
What it is
Accounting means recording every sale, purchase, expense and bank entry, then turning them into a ledger, a profit and loss account and a balance sheet you can trust. Done monthly, it also feeds your GST returns, TDS payments and the income tax return at year end.
For a Faridabad business the work has a local flavour. A factory in Sector 24 or IMT has stock, job-work challans and e-way bills to reconcile. A trader in NIT has cash sales and supplier credit. A small consultancy in Sector 16 mainly needs clean invoices and TDS credits. We set up the books around how you actually work.
Who it applies to
Companies
Every company must keep books on accrual basis and double entry under Section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013, ready for audit and the annual ROC filings.
Businesses above the income tax limits
An individual or HUF in business must keep books under Section 44AA if income exceeds ₹2,50,000 or turnover exceeds ₹25 lakh in any of the three preceding years.
Owners who want numbers on time
Anyone facing a bank renewal or a project report, or who just wants to know each month whether the business made money.
A month with us: the compliance calendar
| Date (following month) | What we do for you |
|---|---|
| 7th | Deposit TDS and TCS deducted last month |
| 11th / 13th | File GSTR-1 (monthly) or GSTR-1 for the quarter under QRMP |
| 15th | Pay PF and ESI contributions on the payroll we booked |
| 20th / 24th | File GSTR-3B; Haryana quarterly filers have until the 24th after the quarter |
| Month end | Bank reconciliation, ledger review, and a short MIS for you |
Quarterly TDS statements, advance tax, and the year-end tax audit sit on top of this. One more Haryana point: there is no professional tax here, so your payroll has one deduction fewer than a branch in Maharashtra or Karnataka would.

How it works
Review what you have today
We start with your last balance sheet and the current year’s entries, list what is missing, and agree the opening balances.
Agree how bills reach us
Bills can come by WhatsApp, a shared folder, or a file your staff drops at our BK Chowk office. Many factory owners prefer the last; the office is open 24 hours.
Post, reconcile and file each month
We post entries, reconcile bank and GSTR-2B, compute TDS and GST, and file GST returns before the dates in the calendar above.
Close the year and hand over
At 31 March we finalise accounts in Schedule III format for companies, support the auditor, and pass clean figures to the ITR.
Why it matters
Meet what the law requires
Companies keep books for eight financial years. Electronic books must stay accessible in India with a daily backup on servers in India, and accounting software must keep an audit trail since 1 April 2023.
Protect your GST credit
Input tax credit follows what suppliers report in GSTR-2B. A Sector 24 unit buying steel from ten suppliers will often find one who has not filed. Monthly reconciliation catches it while there is still time to chase the supplier.
Get loans sanctioned faster
A cash-credit renewal or term loan from a Faridabad branch is decided on your balance sheet and stock statements. Late or messy books slow the sanction.
What happens if the books fall behind
GST late fee and interest
A late return attracts a late fee per day under Section 47 and 18% interest on unpaid tax under Section 50.
TDS fees and lost deductions
Late TDS returns carry a fee per day, and expenses where TDS was not deducted can be partly disallowed in the income tax return.
A painful tax audit
Business turnover above ₹1 crore (₹10 crore if cash is within 5%) needs a tax audit. Rebuilding a year of entries in October costs far more than posting them each month.
Frequently asked questions
Do you keep accounts on site at my Faridabad factory?
No, we keep books at our office or remotely in your own software, not as on-site staff. A team member can visit for onboarding, stock checks before year end, or to train your clerk. Most Faridabad clients send bills weekly and meet us monthly at BK Chowk, which keeps costs lower than a full-time accountant while the work stays under CA review.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work in Tally, Zoho Books and Busy, and can start from Excel if you have nothing yet. Whatever you choose, the software must keep an audit trail for companies, as required since 1 April 2023. If you already use Tally on your office computer, we can work on a shared data copy or a cloud setup and leave your billing staff undisturbed.
My books are a year behind. Can you catch up?
Yes, catching up is common, and we start from bank statements because they are the most reliable record. We rebuild sales from GST returns and e-way bills, then purchases from GSTR-2B. A Faridabad trader who stopped bookkeeping during a busy season is a typical case. We usually bring the year up to date first, then move to a monthly routine.
Does a small proprietor in Faridabad need to keep books?
Yes, if income exceeds ₹2,50,000 or turnover exceeds ₹25 lakh in any of the three preceding years, Section 44AA requires books. A trader on presumptive income under Section 44AD has lighter requirements. Even then, simple books help with GST, bank loans and any notice. We keep it as light as the law allows for your size.
Do you handle payroll, PF and ESI as well?
Yes, we process salary sheets, book the entries, and pay PF and ESI by the 15th of the following month. Since Haryana has no professional tax, Faridabad payroll is a little simpler than in some states. For larger teams our payroll compliance service adds payslips, salary TDS certificates and labour returns, run from the same ledger.
How do I send bills every month?
Most clients photograph bills on WhatsApp or upload them to a shared folder by the 5th of the month. Others send a staff member with a file to our BK Chowk office, which is open 24 hours. We confirm receipt, flag missing bills within a few days, and post entries before the GST and TDS dates.
How long must I keep my accounting records?
A company must keep books for at least eight financial years under Section 128. For income tax, books under Section 44AA are kept for six years from the end of the relevant assessment year. Keep digital copies longer anyway. Banks and GST officers often ask for old balance sheets, sometimes years later.
Will you also file my ITR and audit papers?
Yes, because we already hold the books, the ITR and tax audit support flow straight from them. For FY 2025-26, tax audit cases have until 21 October 2026 for the audit report and 21 November 2026 for the return. Clients whose monthly books are with us rarely face a last-week rush, since the figures are already reconciled.
What it costs
Our fee plus the government fee that applies to your case, quoted before you commit. Tell us the situation and we will price it exactly.
Accounting itself carries no government fee. Our monthly fee depends on the number of entries, GST registrations and employees, and we quote it after seeing a sample month.
Ready to begin?
Send us one month of bills and bank statements, and we will show you what your books should look like and quote a fixed monthly fee.
