Accounting Services in Noida
We keep accounts for Noida manufacturers, IT firms and traders online: purchase and sales entries, stock records, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS working, and year-end accounts ready for audit and filing with ROC Noida. You share documents digitally and our team in Faridabad does the rest. The monthly cycle is explained on our online book keeping page.
What it is
Outsourced accounting means someone outside your team records every transaction and closes the books each month. For a Noida business that also means figures ready for GST returns, TDS returns and the ROC.
Section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013 requires a company to keep proper books on an accrual basis, and Section 35 of the CGST Act requires accounts at each place of business. We work in the software you already use and send a monthly report. Our bookkeeping service page lists the full scope.
Who it applies to
Manufacturers and job workers
Electronics, plastics and garment units in Phase II, Sector 63 and Greater Noida that need raw material, work-in-progress and finished stock tracked against GST.
IT and service companies
Software and BPO firms in Sector 62, 125 and 135 billing in rupees and dollars, with TDS on every vendor payment and export invoices under LUT.
Traders and distributors
Wholesalers who buy in Delhi and sell across western Uttar Pradesh. In practice, inter-state purchases and local sales sit in one ledger and must be split correctly for GST.
Why it matters
Keep stock and books in step
Banks compare the stock in your books with the monthly stock statement. Take a Greater Noida moulding unit whose statement shows more stock than its ledger: the bank asks questions at renewal. Clean records avoid that.
Defend every rupee of GST credit
Input tax credit is matched with what suppliers report. Monthly reconciliation catches gaps while they can still be fixed.
Meet every filing date
GST, TDS, ROC and income tax dates all depend on the same books. When the books run late, so does every filing.
The Uttar Pradesh compliance calendar
| Item | Position for a Noida business |
|---|---|
| GSTR-3B | 20th of the next month, or 24th after the quarter under QRMP (Uttar Pradesh group) |
| Professional tax | Not levied in Uttar Pradesh |
| Shops and establishments | Registration needed only with 20 or more employees, within six months of starting |
| ROC annual filings | AOC-4 within 30 days of the AGM, MGT-7 within 60 days, with ROC Noida |
| Tax audit (FY 2025-26) | Report by 21 October 2026, return by 21 November 2026 |
Here is the catch with professional tax: if you have staff working in a state that does levy it, the deduction applies there. Tell us where each employee works.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have staff based in Noida?
No, our team works from our only office, in Faridabad, at B-363-365, Second Floor, BK Chowk, Faridabad, Haryana 121001. Noida clients send documents by email, WhatsApp or shared folders, and we work in your accounting software online. You get the same monthly close and report as a walk-in client. Our line +91 93117 95484 is answered 24 hours if you need us.
Do Noida companies deduct professional tax from salaries?
No, Uttar Pradesh does not levy professional tax, so staff working in Noida have nothing deducted. Professional tax follows where the employee works. If you have sales staff based in a state that levies it, such as Maharashtra or Karnataka, the employer must register and deduct there. We check each employee’s work location when we set up payroll.
Can you keep stock records for a manufacturing unit?
Yes, we keep raw material, work-in-progress and finished goods in the accounting software, with issue and receipt notes. Goods sent to job workers are tracked separately so they are not shown as sold. At month-end we tie the stock to the books, which helps with bank stock statements and the year-end audit. We need your stores team to send movement notes every week.
We also have a godown in Delhi. Does that change the books?
Yes, because GST registration is state-wise, the Delhi godown needs its own GSTIN and its own GST returns. Section 35 of the CGST Act also requires accounts at each place of business. We keep one set of company books with a separate branch for Delhi, so both GST returns and the company accounts tie together. Transfers between the two are recorded as supplies.
Can our statutory auditor also keep our books?
No, Section 144 of the Companies Act, 2013 bars a company’s auditor from providing accounting and bookkeeping services to that company. So if we keep your books, a separate firm audits them, and the reverse is also true. Many Noida companies use one firm for monthly accounts and another for the audit. We coordinate with your auditor so year-end goes quickly.
When does a Noida business need a tax audit?
A business needs a tax audit for FY 2025-26 if turnover exceeds ₹1 crore, or ₹10 crore where cash receipts and payments are each within 5% of the total. For professionals the limit is ₹50 lakh of gross receipts. The audit report is due by 21 October 2026. Books kept monthly make that audit far quicker.
Does a small Noida business need shops registration?
Only if it employs 20 or more people. After the 2025 amendment to the Uttar Pradesh shops law, establishments with fewer than 20 employees are exempt, and those with 20 or more apply on the labour department portal within six months of starting. Registration is automatic and the certificate arrives by email. We flag it when your headcount nears 20.
Our books are a year behind. Can you catch up?
Yes, we rebuild them from bank statements, GST returns and invoices, usually month by month from the last closed period. We match purchases with GSTR-2B and sales with GSTR-1 so the books agree with what the GST portal shows. Once the backlog is cleared, we move to the normal monthly cycle. If an audit or ROC date is close, we start with that year.
What it costs
Our fee plus the government fee that applies to your case, quoted before you commit. Tell us the situation and we will price it exactly.
Ready to begin?
Send us last year’s accounts and a month of bank statements, and we will show you what monthly accounting for your Noida business would look like.
